Purely the car didn't have a good clean or any protection added to it, I think the after sales department unfortunately took the shine of it. Again nothing on the sales department

Health video not sent until late in day and not until I requested it. Tried to get me to have work done that didn't need doing which became apparent when I finally got the video.
