Superb Service, with an excellent video review of my car brakes, suspension, tyres and exhaust by Tom at North Oxford BMW. Having found low rear brake pads, an offer was made to replace them, and this was late on a Friday afternoon.

The entrance receptionist was polite and efficient, as was the service receptionist. The work was carried out while I waited, the waiting area was pleasant with coffee, biscuits and WiFi available. The wait was only 1.5hrs and my car was cleaned.

When I first used North Oxford I booked some service items that weren't carried out, and communication from the service advisor was minimal. I believe this was a one off and Rozeena wouldn't let this happen now.

The diagnostic health check was incomplete. Some of the mechanical items reported as requiring repair were not investigated by carrying out a physical check ie using a spanner to check if a nut or bolt was actually seized. See first question above.

Just frustrated that post service (within days) have had Bluetooth fail (needed system reboot), safety camera fail (also needed reboot) and now oxygen sensor failure... car now needs to go back in in.less than 2wks from service....

They are trying to implement new, online system to cover full service workflow, but it is not yet fully adopted by the organisation. As a result: - one minor repair has not been done - we were charged twice and went through lengthy refund process.

Loan car was a disgrace . It obviously had not been checked, it was dirty on the outside and interior was disgustingly dirty . Lots of brown marks on the driver's seat, it looked as though someone had played a game if football inside it and the boot.
