My experience of this dealership was much more positive than the last one! New car cleanliness could've been better, but no damage seen & the the salesman did try to rectify my concerns as best he could. We weren't 'rushed' but felt over a bit quick.

Initial experience was good having walked in to the showroom without knowing on an event day. Was seen promptly, listened too and then a deal made in a short amount of time. Initial car was not available, but I was given a new date, arriving on time.

The mileage on the invoice was 59,000 more than the actual car mileage. I don't know how this happened. The first time I used the back windscreen wiper after the service it was shredded and obviously needed replacing but this was not picked up .

A week after the car was returned the car had to be recovered again after experiencing the same problem. I have since found out there was an open recall relating to the brakes. This should have been noticed by North Oxford and the car not returned.

The replacement of a front headlamp due to water ingress was completed satisfactorily, however the parts cost was horrendously expensive and most disappointingly was not covered by the extended Comprehensive Warranty cover for this vehicle.

Originally quoted £136 for a service. When I found out it was just a brake fluid change. £30 for brake fluid and £60 for the change. Will not do it again. Stop the video nonsense and charge reasonable prices.

In terms of the work carried out great. I purposefully cleaned my car before taking it in and asked for it not to be washed. When I checked my car the next day there was a scuff / scratch type mark at front of car along with a scratch on door frame.

Service was good. I declined having the windscreen bottle removed and flushed through but i have now rebooked to get this done as i was unable to sort it myself. I think BMW should warn you not to use other brands of screenwash when topping up.

Service advisor was extremely helpful, no waiting for drop off or pick up. The work recommended was reasonable, although fitting of own tyres matching those supplied by the dealer was refused which was disappointing.

1. Ineffective communications - a cold video was no substitute for the agreed call 2. Very poor value for money - I suggest that a local garage could have identified a faulty battery in minutes (not 5 hrs) & replaced it for less than half the price

Over 8 years whenever I have brought the car in for anything it has hardly ever been ready at the suggested time. I realise that work on cars can never be completely accurate but timing for an MOT should be fairly accurate.
