My new car, when I went to collect it, had marks on the driver's door which were not picked up until I saw the car outside the showroom. It had gone from the bodyshop to the showroom and the bodyshop had not done 100% checks on the car's condition.

Despite weeks of notice, parts didn't arrive in time to complete service. Oxford BMW failed to communicate this either at time of drop off, or during the day of service and I only discovered the car wasn't ready until after turning up to collect.

i went for fuel feed pipe leak and they fixed the pipe but left diesel everywhere and didn't even bother to clean my car it's been a week and still everytime i turn my air con on it gets really bad

Very little effort to communicate. Proposed a very unsatisfactory solution, and tried to coerce my decision. Inexplicably 10% more expensive than the next closest BMW service centre, and this extra cost with no regard for my 20+ years at this dealer

The service was excellent but the price was greater than anticipated as the extra 'vehicle check service' was not highlighted for on line booking. Greater clarity of pricing and service requirements on line is needed as a £400 oil change feels costly
