My car (a one year old 225e plug in hybrid) has an issue with the 12V battery. After testing (paid by me), I was told that the dash-cam is the like culprit. The solution I was offered was that I should unplug the dash-cam. That's totally unacceptable

They found an issue and fix it but unfortunately still doesn't charge the phone like before. I mean sometimes charging mobile every 10 min / %2 and sometimes doesn't . But when I take mobile out of the case it's charging better but not like before.

Originally I was offered a loan car because I was told the work would take 2-3 hours. This was withdrawn at the last minute because the repair would only take 45 minutes so I would have to wait instead. The reality is that it took nearly 3 hrs.
