My overall experience was outstanding from start to handover. I was in Oxford and visited BMW North Oxford. Paul Smith was most helpful and I cannot praise him highly enough, he went above and beyond in helping with the purchase of my BMW X1.

The dealership was conveniently located close to the A34 and parking was easy. Inside the centre was clean and tidy with refreshments available while we waited for our appointment. The staff were all polite, helpful, and courteous.

Had difficulty charging car when returned as settings overwritten. Took time to diagnose the issue which meant setting up the charging preferences again. Car returned on low charge. Had to prompt dealership for diagnostic paperwork and repair details
