My new car, when I went to collect it, had marks on the driver's door which were not picked up until I saw the car outside the showroom. It had gone from the bodyshop to the showroom and the bodyshop had not done 100% checks on the car's condition.

Easy face to face processes to book in the car. On-line booking omitted request for front windscreen wiper blade replacement but quickly resolved on booking-in. Slight delay due to MOT ramp failure but kept updated by excellent staff.

Despite weeks of notice, parts didn't arrive in time to complete service. Oxford BMW failed to communicate this either at time of drop off, or during the day of service and I only discovered the car wasn't ready until after turning up to collect.

Very little effort to communicate. Proposed a very unsatisfactory solution, and tried to coerce my decision. Inexplicably 10% more expensive than the next closest BMW service centre, and this extra cost with no regard for my 20+ years at this dealer
