My new car, when I went to collect it, had marks on the driver's door which were not picked up until I saw the car outside the showroom. It had gone from the bodyshop to the showroom and the bodyshop had not done 100% checks on the car's condition.

My starter battery (fitted new in October 2025) had failed and the car would not start. Whilst I was satisfied with the care and attention, I was disappointed to have to pay for a second new battery, despite the claimed "warranty".

Booking via the app is utterly dysfunctional and can't be used, because the app is not joined up with the service records and therefore doesn't know what is needed (e.g. is a fuel filter needed?). Dealing with Cameron in person worked much better!

3 faults were found. We asked to only have the air conditioner fixed. We paid 1100 and the AC still blows warm air. We called the garage back and they will take the car again in two weeks. We do not understand what we paid the money for.

Despite weeks of notice, parts didn't arrive in time to complete service. Oxford BMW failed to communicate this either at time of drop off, or during the day of service and I only discovered the car wasn't ready until after turning up to collect.
