when I part with £700 for a service it would be nice if the agent could make eye contact, discuss a breakdown of the bill and thank me. Rather he was in a hurry to leg it at 5:50. A little courtesy goes a long way.

After pothole damage to one tyre on a Saturday BMW Emergency Service came and fitted a space saver.All tyres were near end of life so I ordered 4 by email to Anya Randall over the weekend. All were replaced by 11.30 Monday. Thank you Anya!

It took two visits to fix the issue (not of BMW's making). The issue was incorrect windscreen wipers being fitted by windscreen repairers. The first visit did not fix the issue. The wipers were changed on the second and issue resolved
