Observed suspected problem with TPMS unit on used approved car, under warranty. They listened to what i'd observed, took in onboard, and investigated in a targeted way based on this until they found the issue. then fixed.

It's all about how you leave the customer feeling. You took the customer from his initial expectation (i.e. this is a warranty job that won't cost me) to a rational explanation as to why it wasn't, and to an acceptable and pleasing outcome.

Lucy was extremely helpful all through the process and nothing was too much trouble. We had some very poor experiences from other premium dealers and BMW were head and shoulders above the others.
