Great staff in and out with in an hour job compleat
Problem resolved and good communication from Rozeena.
Despite the obvious difficult conditions due to building work, staff managed to give a friendly and very efficient speedy service.
They got the new part that day and fitted it. They ran me home and arranged to collect me the next morning to take me back to the garage to collect the car.
Efficient staff. Showroom looks awful and I'm sure a better temporary set up could be achieved- even if you just added some modesty screens. That said - it's not the staffs fault.

Excellent considering all the building work, once all done will be a full mark. Shame you can't manage the vehicle cleaning still as its not the same but not a complaint
Was due to recall! And didn't even get A clean a valeted car back

Car wash not available. Although dash indicated low tyre pressure nothing was done to the tyre.
Could not ask for more. Delighted with courtesy car which was very helpful. Thank you again ( I never award 5 stars or completely satisfied for anything unless it is truly exceptional).
Unfortunately the car wash was out of use; it is always nice to have the car washed and hoovered before return.
Lucy Johnson was outstanding; keeping me informed of the delivery progress right through your the process. She is very efficient and very professional.
I was told 2 hours but it was over 3" .i was given no info about how the car was and it was returned to me dirty.

I was told I needed 2new tyres 'approx £300 shall we go ahead now'. I declined and had the tyres fitted elsewhere with a saving of £100 so I should have been advised I could go elsewhere and it would probably be less expensive.

They reviewed the car thoroughly and identified the problem.
They did a great job but the BMW part failed so i have book a return visit.

It would have been higher but the current works being undertaken meant it was hard to give top marks
The car did take some time to be ready and could have been cleaned/detailed much better. The sales person I dealt with was not in day of collecting and the Hand over could have been better
For the reasons outlined in my previous answer, I do not feel that BMW provided me with a high quality service.
The car belongs to my wife who requested a courtesy wash, which because of the work being carried out I was unable to satisfy this request.
My previous dealer provided a complimentary wash and vac.
There was a problem with our 5 series but they acted quickly and efficiently keeping us informed of progress.
Only the cost detracted from the experience, this despite the dealer undergoing an extensive showroom rework.

The quality and maturity of the service receptionists has dropped drastically. Colin remains and is excellent. Chris the Master Tech is superb.. I expect my car to be returned to me clean not to have to go and find it blocked in their car park
Good service in spite of the current major refurbishment
Battery related issue with the car on day of collection. Returned the car a week later, and i was carless for a week. No work done on the car. Took another week without my car, just to replace a battery.
Due to the refurb work the MOT was actually done off site. I'd had an email with a MOT discount, but could only use that if I took the car to North Oxford, for someone else to then drive it back to Kidlington to have the MOT done. Quite Odd.

Arrangements worked as well as we could reasonably expect, particularly within your re-development programme.
Very easy to get car serviced and they adjusted timing to make things easy for me
Apparently my car had done '7' miles over the mileage allowance, which meant that would have to pay for the full service - I was really annoyed about this, due to a number of reasons - but not enough character space to advise why!

Having booked a service and MOT at least 4 weeks in advance I had to make the call the day before the service was due to ensure everything was ok and to ask what time the car would be picked up. I was told someone would call me back - they didn't.

Couldn't get a courtesy car when booking for a service a month in advance, yet others were being offered one for a service due the next day. I even saw some being offered one unexpectedly when leaving theirs. I had to wait 3hrs for mine to be service
Picked up car at a convenient time and returned when completed
The assistance given after our puncture on the way to Oxford on a Friday and the fitting of a new tyre on Saturday was exceptional. Service reception also first class.
The staff were fantastic, I got an appointment on the day and they fixed the issue straight away.
I was very well looked after by Andy Milligan and his team.
Advised on work and cost before carrying out
The service was carried out okay however, the dealership is utter chaos during their rebuild process, so even just finding somewhere to park is difficult and the waiting area is pretty grim at the moment.
They went out of their way to solve problems and make the experience positive

Car not cleaned during service. Garage under renovation, extremely difficult to park there, confusing signs meant I went to the wrong location.
The service was efficient.
Good service but on this occasion my car has not been valeted after the service which was expected as it has always been the case and a bit disappointing on this occasion, also 1 issue on my car was meant to be fixed , still an issue
They responded quickly to the problem ensuring it was repaired before th warranty ran out, but it took 2 days to repair bot the one day estimate

Excellent reception but underwhelming service care
The people at North Oxford are excellent.
expensive but job done well. Craig Parkin was excellent as Service Advisor. Kept me informed and even managed to bring the work forward by over a week due to the noise from the bearing becoming unbearable (see what I did there?).
I was seen to straight away and the service was completed within the estimated time.
Car was not washed or valeted despite having it 24 hours. Service quote was £600 which included a vehicle check. When invoice given vehicle check was free and micro filter had been changed/added again after only 6 months of last one being changed.
I have been dealing with BMW Oxford for 18 years and apart for the odd hiccup have been well satisfied. The service I received on my last visit was exemplary

My car was serviced in a timely manner, I was informed promptly when it was ready and a courtesy car was provided.

Always exceed my expectations
My service advisor told me that there had been an unforeseen accident during my vehicle's service. He ordered new part, arranged for a courtesy car and kept me fully informed of progress. He came with a solution.
Had to wait quite a while to book in. Not really explained about refurb works and inconvenience. Seems to be more inconvenient for staff than me.

I was given a quote for a new tyre when I was overseas and was shocked to find I have paid £50 more than alternate tyre suppliers
The lady who looked after me was efficient and friendly and did what she said. Courtesy car was good. However the building seems to be in constant re-modelling and no attempt to clean vehicle inside or out.

No car wash this time. A pity as this is a really valuable additional bonus and helpful to get done while the car is in for service. It normally saves the time that would be spent going to another car wash.
I left my car 8 am and got back 6 pm. No phone calls to inform me what's going on then I call the BMW and then I push them to get quicker. The high st. Garage is better than BMW

Friendly and efficient
I gave this answer because of the how much i was charged by the tyres and how the outsider mot failed the car which cost me more than i expected. The customer service in the waiting area and front desk is what gave the two stars.
As before, no negatives. Gareth, the salesman who sold me my car, made a point of coming over to say hello when I collected following a service and accompanied me back to my car. Whenever I have contact with him, he always goes the extra mile.
Car was not washed before being returned. Cost of engine oil was ridiculous. Staff were superb and collected/dropped off the car.

No clear signage outside during the building works as to where to go for service. No clarity about who is dealing with service issues. Took 90 minutes to change 4 wheels. No car cleaning service available so I was given filthy wheels out of storage

My experience on day of Service was not good but I had 4 new tyres fitted and twice had to return to BMW because one tyre deflated. I then got better service from Adam who was efficient.

The only problem I had was the in car camera ACE2.0 where we had a technical problem and the team were baffled of what was wrong as this is a new product- however the technical problem was soon resolved. Everything else was absolutely fine

Straight forward and no hassles
Some aspects were good. The sales consultant at handover took the time to ensure we were familiar with all the controls and accessories on the vehicle which was good. But the overall experience was somewhat negative.
The sales team were very good and found me the car I wanted very quickly and and were good at responding to email queries .
Lucy Johnson was friendly and helpful, and kept us informed as to the progress of the car right through the process. well done Lucy.

Appointment arranged to suit my limited availability despite sales person having to change their day off. Kept informed about the delay in delivery. Delay was hard to understand as car was in the country but somehow couldn't be delivered.
