Service generally good, but on this occasion I was left for an unacceptable time (25+ mins) after my car had been serviced and was ready ( could see it parked on the forecourt ..) to being called forward to settle my account and drive away.

I am pleased to say that whether it is for a service or repair it has been dealt with to my satisfaction.
The staff were very helpful at North Oxford Garage, particularly in dealing with Head Office about my complaint about the faulty gearbox. I was particularly impressed with Jamie Herbert in the Service Dept, Alistair was also v helpful.

All went to plan - no complaints
I had to call repeatedly to get connected to the service desk. Twice I called and was told someone would call me back but they did not. Once at the dealership updates were infrequent and I ended up waiting 1 hour longer than forecast.
An outstanding customer experience.
Takes forever to get through on the telephone, forever being out on hold. This is my second BMW and love the car but the service at Oxford is never good.
Actual work cannot be faulted, but the cost for oil and filter is somewhat ridiculous at 374 pounds. Also, I do not need a video and commentary which is obviously only adding cost due to additional time. Cost is embarrassingly high!
Since first being a customer many years ago the service has always been very very good

The final result was good. However, the initial enquiry by email was not answered at all ("we don't look at emails") and there was no telephone response at all on a Saturday morning.

The problem I brought the car in with was resolved, & a recall replacement of a small component carried out at same time. Helpful reminders about brake pads & tyre treads, with v clear indications of likely mileage. V useful video + f2f explanation.

Good car, good aftersales service but not a score of 10 because the car has had to have the same part (top of front suspension) replaced three tmes now under warranty, and will likely need the same when out of warranty. This points to a design flaw..
Warranty issues was resolved quickly
It all worked fine.
First class service door to door. Car picked up and delivered back on time and cleaned immaculately.
Repairs were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
It took 45 minutes to book my car in and one of the problems it went in for remains unresolved. Communication with the service centre has been patchy.

Everything went really well. I was kept informed and the car was collected and returned promptly. The collection and delivery staff were very polite and helpful.
Adam and the team looked after me perfectly - correcting the information held on file since buying the vehicle and adding a personalised registration. He went through the immediate service requirements and promised to check the state of wear overall.
Good service recovery by Adam the M series service advisor... saw him the day after my service and mentioned about the service history not being added. He took my car and personally saw to it that it was updated immediately.
i took it in because the computer said there was a problem with the firing wire on the positive side i had a airbag and seatbelt light l on i also had a amber warning light on for break service which had already been renewed i paid 86 pounds for
This will be the first time I have not given full marks, because whilst I appreciate that my car was given a courtesy clean it was not quite up to your immaculate high standard. Sorry!
You did a good job but for wiping out my saved radio stations.
As usual the wait to see someone when dropping your car off for a service is far too long. I dont think Ive ever waited less than 20 minutes, and at most have waited near an hour

The staff are wonderful at North Oxford, helpful, responsive, no problem at all there.
The Service Adviser was on the phone when I arrived.. I don't think he was told that I was waiting. 3/4 magazines later he finished his call and then started work on his computer. I had to ask him if he had my papers. He eventually found them.
There customer service is spot on, communication cannot be faulted and they genuinely care that u have an issue and go to all the lengths to sort it
The gentleman that attended to me was very helpful and for that reason I will give the overall score of 5

As I say, I was disappointed the Adblue level - which did need topping up - wasn't done on the service visit.

Didnt expect to be charged 65 pounds for clearing a blockage in windscreen washer filters on a car less than two years old - seems more of a design fault than wear and tear.
Car serviced on time including brakes
End of warranty check and MOT. Had 2 rear damaged tyres and although North Oxford replacements were very expensive they matched the price, very astisfied with this.
Everything appeared OK
