Whilst I was a little disappointed/frustrated by the SOS Call System Failure coming up on the dashboard, the behaviour, support and responsiveness of the staff at BMW North Oxford (especially my Service Advisor,Jenna Hughes) was genuinely excellent.
Vehicle service was carried out very fast ,and was explained by Colin Osborn what they had done.
Jamie in service and Alfie in sales went above and beyond to help me with my car. Excellent service
The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, by moving our MOT appointment forward and completing it in a very timely wayal, after finding ourselves in a difficult situation following a serious accident and all surrounding roads being shut.
North Oxford customer service is consistently welcoming, attentive to my needs.

Observed suspected problem with TPMS unit on used approved car, under warranty. They listened to what i'd observed, took in onboard, and investigated in a targeted way based on this until they found the issue. then fixed.
