It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Current vehicle serviced by North Oxford for 14 years. Been a customer since the early 1990's. Service has always been very satisfactory.

Dealing with a difficult situation
North Oxford Garage epitomise the BMW brand in every way, I can't fault the top level of service provided on each and every visit. They constantly provide professional, friendly and efficient service without fail.
Everything that I requested doing was done, and more.
I am very happy with North Oxford Garage. The only negative (the reason I am not "Completely satisfied") is that it is sometimes difficult to get connected with the service desk. They offer to call back, which is fine, but I am not always available

The service was very convenient for me, as the vehicle was collected and delivered from my door. It was a reasonably priced service, and the technicians also helped me with a locking wheel nut issue that I had after having new tyres fitted by others.
