Complaints ProcedureOur centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited.
Everything that was promised was delivered even in a Covid environment
Alfie Long was super helpful, I had only had my 3 series for just over a year, but I got a Puppy! So was desperate for a boot, as we go off hoking at the weekends, Alfie walked me through some options and found the perfect solution for us
Welcoming, friendly, polite, cheerful and informative.
The service was very convenient for me, as the vehicle was collected and delivered from my door. It was a reasonably priced service, and the technicians also helped me with a locking wheel nut issue that I had after having new tyres fitted by others.

My vehicle (m240i) was looked after from the time it was collected (from my home) until it was returned (to my home) for its annual survey.

Each member of staff involved was polite, efficient, friendly and helpful and my specific requests were dealt with. This service took place within Covid restrictions which were carefully adhered too including sanitisation before the car's return.

I live 5 miles from another dealer who I would never use again as the experience and their reputation is so bad, North Oxford is like a breath of fresh air. Very good service, dedicated team who give a no nonsense honest approach to the work.
North Oxford Staff have continually offered a service, both when purchasing and especially the servicing department, at all times they have given a professional and yet personal service. the work carried out is done well and in a timely manner.

Whilst I was a little disappointed/frustrated by the SOS Call System Failure coming up on the dashboard, the behaviour, support and responsiveness of the staff at BMW North Oxford (especially my Service Advisor,Jenna Hughes) was genuinely excellent.
Vehicle service was carried out very fast ,and was explained by Colin Osborn what they had done.
North Oxford customer service is consistently welcoming, attentive to my needs.
