Following the latest Government announcement on 4 January 2021, we would like to update our customers to confirm the services available at our retailer centre. North Oxford BMW remains fully open online for the sale of both New and Approved Used BMWs, and open safely for service bookings and repair work, in accordance with Government guidelines and industry regulations. 

As always the safety of our team members and customers remains our number one priority.

Our sales teams will be on hand to assist you, handling all aspects of purchasing a New or Used BMW via our Reserve & Buy online portal, or via Click & Collect appointment, carrying out the entire sales process online and/or over the phone for your convenience. 

We can offer Zoom/Teams/Video calls and telephone appointments, reserve online, value your part exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your home.

If you have ordered a new vehicle for delivery in January or if you order a vehicle digitally or by telephone during January, we offer an outside “Click & Collect” service or home delivery upon request.

The wearing of a face covering for Aftersales and Parts customers visiting our business by appointment is mandatory, unless they are sat behind a screen.

Our team members will also be wearing a face covering and when seated will be protecting you behind a screen. Please ensure you have your face covering with you prior to arrival as in the interest of our team members and customer safety those customers arriving at the site without a face covering may be turned away.
