Asked to come in at 8.30, I did. I rang to check progress at lunch time to be told that the car had not been looked at. It was not available until the next day. No point in bringing in the car early if your staff are not going to start work on it.

It was a recall. Nice touch sending me a video of the under-car inspection. Only disappointment was that the excess on the courtesy car was huge and I needed to pay £25 to get it reduced to a reasonable level.

your engineers are great, especially the senior Tech. I think his name was Chris. Your Service Advisors need more tech training so they can even understand what I've learned from the web. They did keep to the price on the estimate and this is great

Quick, efficient, kept informed throughout and staff are always most courteous, pleasant and friendly. Prices are correct too; I never come away feeling I have been taken advantage of as a single woman.

Duncan Mew was welcoming as always and would bend over backwards to help me out. The other members of staff that i dealt with were also very friendly and excellent at their job.

We had a nail puncture to the rear tyre. It was late on Friday evening. Although the BMW assist did most of the arrangement to get us back on the road, BMW North Oxford advise us accordingly, replace the tyre, wash ans vacuum clean the interior

The initial telephone call to book the service was both polite and caring. On arrival all the documents had been prepared, after further enquiry as to any other work to be taken care of, the service was completed on time.

While the staff greet me very cordially, they do not seem to have a clue about what service is required next and when. They give me completely inaccurate information as I find out when I log in to my account with BMW. As a result I now have no faith

They solved my warranty defect without issue. Although they did try and sell me some paid work to make it worth their while. I was kind of OK with that, but it did slightly irk me, because the car had been in for a service not long before...

Always good service, I love the video updates on the initial inspection when you are having the car serviced. You feel more part of the process rather than a bystander waiting for it to arrive.

Very satisfied with the service. We could not isolate a noise from the drivers door as it could not be assessed during the road test. The car will need to come back in to get this looked at and fixed.

I asked for the windscreen washer to be investigated as to why it was not working. They said bottle needs to come out and a tablet needs disolving in there to clean it. They said they had made a temporary fix, but actually they hadn't.

My vehicle was recovered to you with a fault. Lucy looked after the car brilliantly, polite and friendly. The only thing that prevents a top score of 5, is that there were some trims in the boot area that were not refitted so I had to do this myself.

Takes forever to get through on the telephone, forever being out on hold. This is my second BMW and love the car but the service at Oxford is never good.

Actual work cannot be faulted, but the cost for oil and filter is somewhat ridiculous at 374 pounds. Also, I do not need a video and commentary which is obviously only adding cost due to additional time. Cost is embarrassingly high!
