The advisor was fantastic, professional, friendly and informative. I can’t fault a thing. The only point I could make is to receive a fuller breakdown of the work completed, my batteries seem to be a lot better since the service but not sure why.

Whilst the overall experience was fairly good, I wasn’t overly impressed with Colin’s customer service, particularly when I stated that the loan car was left with only around 30 miles of fuel and I was in a rush. Also, the clean has left swirl marks.

Winter wheel changes on two cars - mostly efficient. One winter tyre had a bulge and needed replacement. This took from Thursday to Monday. Why was it not noticed earlier and a replacement found before the cars were brought in?

We arrived at the dealer to you a waring light showing low coolant. They dropped us off at Bicester 30 minutes away and collected us later. The car had been checked and washed.

Organised, helpful and explained everything. The vehicle inspection e-mail provided after the service is always worthwhile and gives me confidence that their are no other problems in addition to those about to be tackled.

brake light warning light came on again two days after service. I contacted Service but phone always busy. More time lost. Reception promised ring back which never happened! But good. Then warning light went off by itself. But it might not have!

All day seemed a long time for software upgrade (after emergency service) but car was not ready at agreed time, and had not been cleaned to the usual standard. However BMW Assistance was fantastically good, getting me going in 1h 20min from 1st call!

your engineers are great, especially the senior Tech. I think his name was Chris. Your Service Advisors need more tech training so they can even understand what I've learned from the web. They did keep to the price on the estimate and this is great

I received even more service than I asked for .I was reminded that the car service pack is still valid. I was lent an e bike for the day .

We had a nail puncture to the rear tyre. It was late on Friday evening. Although the BMW assist did most of the arrangement to get us back on the road, BMW North Oxford advise us accordingly, replace the tyre, wash ans vacuum clean the interior

The initial telephone call to book the service was both polite and caring. On arrival all the documents had been prepared, after further enquiry as to any other work to be taken care of, the service was completed on time.
